Highlights
Tactics that engaged conference delegates and were based on the key launch strategies, transparency and education, were carried out in a 1400 sq. ft. booth at the hall entrance.

Three machines running complex, high speed vision operations in real time were positioned near the outside perimeter. Individual live components were strategically placed on the inside perimeter walls encouraging attendees deep into the booth where they could investigate each piece.

Demonstration machines and sample sensors were custom built with clear plexi-glass to reveal the sensor design geometry and prove the authenticity of the exhibits. 42” flat screen monitors were mounted above each machine to display collected data and attract attention from across the aisles. As an additional verification of the live data feed, delegates were able to put objects in the sensor field of view and subsequently see their object displayed on the monitor above.

Direct and electronic mail campaigns invited delegates and media to pre-register online for workshops and private demonstrations. A central workshop zone comprised 40% of the booth space. Three workshops were conducted daily where components, sensor designs, and live machines were being discussed and operated in real-time. Attendance at four of six workshops was over capacity.
